What your starting price includes
One event with up to 8 hours of equipment use, delivery and collection within 20 driving miles of Plano, standard setup and testing, and ground-floor or easy elevator access with nearby loading. Audio packages use our standard system.
On-site operation is additional at $75/hour with a 4-hour minimum. DJ/MC performance, additional rooms, extended hours, specialty rigging and premium audio are quoted separately. Taxes, parking, tolls, extra travel and unusual access are additional where applicable. Uplighting placement and coverage are agreed before booking.
We confirm equipment availability, package scope and your final total in writing before you book.
